Person Specification

  • The ideal candidate would have prior experience in a similar position and have a good level of understanding of theory and practice of effective teaching and learning strategies at this level and be confident in their ability to support their colleagues in the preparation of lessons and resources.
  • You should have knowledge of inclusive provision and practices in the area of 3D art and design and good knowledge of health and safety practices in this environment.
  • You would have knowledge and experience of writing lesson plans, developing resources and supporting the assessment of students work.
  • Ideally you would possess the ability to work as part of a team and to develop and maintain professional relationships with other teachers and education staff.
  • The successful candidate would be able to create a motivating and safe learning environment for all students while also having the ability to lead and manage your own work effectively.
