Are you an experienced Year 3 Primary Teacher seeking the next step in your career? Do you have recent leadership skills as either a subject leader or year group leader in KS2? Perhaps you are a recent Year 3 teacher seeking a new role as a Year Group Leader?

The Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team at this OFSTED Outstanding primary school are extremely friendly and supportive. They are open to meeting with experienced year group leaders/ subject leaders and primary teachers who are ambitious and above all passionate about teaching. You must have recent Year 3 or 4 teaching experience.

This primary school has a large and modern building with great facilities. They have science labs, an art room and a large library filled with wonderful books and resources. The classrooms are colourful, bright and roomy. Behaviour in this primary school is outstanding and all children are eager and determined to learn.

For this role, you will be leading on the Year 3 Year Group and welcoming creative ideas and supporting your staff of which includes the three teaching assistants. For this role, you must be empathetic, passionate and enthusiastic.

Your team are extremely friendly and are creative in their teaching. You must hold QTS and have at least 1 year teaching Year 3. You must have completed you NQT year and have decent leadership experience and a great track record.
