An opportunity has arisen for experienced Year 3 Teachers to join this ever improving school based in the heart of Waltham Forest.

Our client, a larger than average Primary School based in a culturally diverse area in the heart of Waltham Forest is looking for two Year 3 Teachers to join their ever improving team. Having been graded 'Good with outstanding features' in their last Ofsted, it is stated that 'Pupils make good progress from starting points that are below those typical of their age. Teaching is consistently good across the school. Behaviour is good in class and around the school. Inspirational leadership from the executive head-teacher has moulded a very strong team of leaders and managers. We are currently looking to recruit two Year 3 Teachers to join this lively, successful Primary School based in Waltham Forest. This school is a three form entry Primary School, and each class is assigned a specific classroom assistant who works very closely with the team of teaching staff. You will be working alongside the other year group teachers and the year group leader in order to plan and deliver innovative, engaging lessons. They aim to have no more than 30 pupils per class. The role is full time and will start in September. They are looking for someone who is able to commit to a full time role that can commit for the full academic year. The successful candidate will be British Trained (QTS) or an Overseas Trained Teacher (British equivalent). The school are looking to recruit an experienced teacher, who has previously taught Year 3. This Primary School pride themselves on continually improving, and look to recruit teachers who have been graded Outstanding or Good by Ofsted or School/Placement observations. You will be working as part of a very successful, dedicated team, and will be expected to contribute to any year group assemblies/events that are run throughout the year. The school holds high expectations of its students and staff alike, and look for enthusiastic, passionate teachers to join their team. Raising attainment is crucially important, and a track record of doing so would be of benefit.
