Ealing is a West London borough, with excellent links in and out of London along the Central and District line or on Great Western Railway. Ealing has over 100 Primary, Secondary and SEN schools making this an excellent location for teachers to live or teach, or both in the borough.

Best Pub: The Grove is a traditional English pub just opposite Ealing Green and Ealing Film Studios. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the clientele are a mixture of young families to groups of friends. Great for a drink and some good pub food.

Best restaurant: Charlotte’s W5 is a fantastic restaurant serving British dishes and cocktails to all its visitors. It’s situated in a stunning converted Victorian stable block which adds a lot of character to the atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

Ealing has a large shopping Centre just outside Ealing Broadway station so you don’t need to travel far any items you might need during your stay in London. Ealing is also close to National trust’s Osterley House where you can take a walk on the stately home’s ground and take in Britain’s history.
