My team are highly experienced within the Education Recruitment sector, with the majority of us having personally worked in London schools. As a “hibernating” teacher myself I know that moving roles have its pitfalls and benefits, and our Resource Team and I work alongside you to support through this journey.

Our process includes an initial phone call, followed by a more in depth conversation in person. We make sure that we understand the big picture, whilst keeping in mind the small details personal to you.

Depending on your situation this may mean that there are certain things that need to happen before you can into a school as a representative of the Career Teachers family. Our Resource Team will talk you through what is required and support you throughout to get you compliant in a quick and painless manner.
We pride ourselves on turning the process around at speed. From contacting you, learning about you, understanding your needs, completing the compliance process, and getting you in front of suitable schools and senior leaders is comprehensive but swift.
As specialist listeners we get to know our teachers and support staff, many come back to us the next time they are looking for a new role, and others refer us to their family and friends. We currently provide opportunities for over 50 candidates that first started working with us in the noughties!
And have had over 700 referrals over the past 2 years!
