Greenwich is a South East London borough with good transport links via the tube, bus and trains so ideal for commuting in and out of. Greenwich has over 100 Primary, Secondary and SEN schools including private and state establishments.

 

Greenwich is home to the National Maritime Museum and Observatory, the Observatory is at the top of Greenwich Hill and when you look down you can see the National Maritime Museum and behind it stands Canary Wharf! 

Best Pub: The Greenwich Union specialises in German Beers, and locals know this pub as the Union. Richard 1 pub offers a great outdoor garden space brilliant for those sunny London days. 

 

Best Restaurant: It may not be rated the best, but if you’re looking for a restaurant with an Old English theme then why not try out the Cutty Sark Tavern! This restaurant has beautiful views over the river and it’s a pricey as you might imagine! 

 

Best place to shop: There are lots of places to shop in Greenwich including Canada Market and Canada Place Mall which is nearer Canary Wharf. If you want a bigger shopping experience then why not try out Bond Street and Stratford’s Westfield.
