I have worked as a supply teacher for Career Teachers since 2002. During that time I have been provided with bookings in a great variety of primary schools in London. Each booking is carefully explained, including the nature of the school and the year group to be covered, as well as travel arrangements and contact details.

| From the very beginning, the staff and associates of Career Teachers were warm, welcoming, professional and made the application/employment process easy and simplified.
Career Teachers was also dedicated to their client’s professional development. They offered free of charge, many one day professional development classes and seminars revolving around classroom management and interactive whiteboard skills. I attended an interactive whiteboard training session that I found to be very practical in formative and fun.

Career Teachers has a lot of teachers working for them, but this was never apparent to me as I always got treated personally and most staff knew me by name. My needs and wants with regards to placements have always been met and my agent always worked with me and on my behalf to get a job I would be very happy with.
Career Teachers have social nights and Christmas events which are fun, and teachers feel valued to work for them. They are realistic and fair about pay rates, and always considered pay rates that reflected workload/responsibilities, qualifications, skills and length of service with them.
